Well hello there Wednesday. You came so quickly this week with a holiday on Monday, you’ve thrown off my weekly rhythm. I have way too much energy for this to be Wednesday, but I’m gonna roll with it!
It’s time for another Vintage Wednesday feature set, and this week brings some fun finds. For those that have been featured in today’s post, be sure to scroll down and snag my “I was featured” button to post back on your own blog.
Do you have some vintage finds you would like to share? Have you finished a vintage inspired project you’d like to brag about? We’d love to see it. At the end of this post, you will also find the NEXT link-up party that starts TODAY and that I will be leaving open through next Monday.
This week’s featured articles:
Kathryn at The Dedicated House shared a peek into her kitchen with us and she’s added a few vintage touches to her decor that I just love. Her big silver tray, crisp white canisters, and a sweet little blue and white bowl that was an awesome snag from Goodwill are among my favorites.
Are you getting your Valentine’s Day ideas together yet? You’ve got to stop by Penny’s Vintage Home to see some seriously sweet Valentine’s Day decorating. It’s like walking into a pop-up greeting card in her home! I love how she used teacup shelving for display in a non-kitchen fashion. Gorgeous! You won’t leave this blog post without some Valentine’s Day ideas…
I am a big fan of repurposing when it comes to storage, and I especially love finding treasures that can be used for wall hooks instead of the usual stick-to-the-wall hooks. Well, this Vintage Chafing Dish Lid project at My 1929 Charmer is brilliant! These are easy thrift store finds and I think their imperfections (which usually bring a discount) make them perfect for this idea!
